Growing up, I was fortunate enough to live in many different countries and be exposed to many cultures which used herbal medicine as their primary healing method. When I decided to go back to study, this time to my first passion, healing, herbal medicine seemed like the logical choice: my personal experiences with the conventional medical system (including as a lawyer) and my own healing journeys made me wonder about a more personalised, caring, natural and less intrusive system of healing. And when I realised that in the UK and Ireland, Herbal Medicine was a scientifically-backed university degree, I didn’t hesitate. During my training, I was also fortunate enough to meet Dr. Jean-Claude Lapraz who accepted me into his Endobiogenic Medicine training in France in 2010 and I trained with him and his doctors for 7 years. This integrating neuro-endocrine based model of medicine gave me the keys to understanding physiology and pathology even further, helping me find the real causes of illness. I have a BSc (Honours) degree in Herbal Medicine and undertook practical clinical experience at the Stratford Centre for Herbal Medicine and Whipps Cross Hospital in London. I have also undertaken training in Functional Nutrition and in 2008 received a degree in Psychosynthesis Counselling (a humanistic psychology model). I then trained for a further 2 years in Systemic/Family Constellations (to read more on Systemic/Family Constellations click here) with some of the foremost teachers in the UK and Germany. I have been facilitating constellations groups since 2008, and integrate counselling and constellations training into my practice of Herbal Medicine in order to offer patients a truly holistic approach to assessing and treating health and well-being issues according to their individual needs.  I am a member of the National Institute of Medical Herbalists (UK), and am fluent in French, Italian and Spanish.

Prior to making natural health and wellness my life’s work, I was an international finance lawyer for over 18 years, the last 10 of which were spent completing university degrees in health-related fields concomitantly to my job. This gave me a unique perspective on high-stress environments and how they can impact on health and well-being as well as on what it takes to bring about change in your life, whether it be for health reasons or to live a more authentic life.

In addition to helping people feel better and optimise their health, my passion is educating people about their bodies so they can take control of their health.

I am currently in the process of writing several books on health and wellness.
