A New Year means a new monthly format for my newsletters in anticipation of my new website which I hope to be more informative and useful to you. Going forward the newsletters will be divided up into 4 main sections and a section on upcoming events or announcements. The 4 main sections are a:
- Nurture section with tips, suggestions and ideas on how best to nurture ourselves in the month;
- Nature section with little thoughts or ideas to connect you with Nature, sometimes simple reminders and at other times, more elaborate suggestions (with instructions!);
- Personalised Health section discussing a relevant health issue; and
- Healthy (and delicious) Recipe section from my Kitchen
I welcome your questions on any topics of interest which you might like to see covered, as well as feedback on this new format!
