March is (was) back and along with it so is Spring. Though many of us look forward to this blossoming time of year it can also be a difficult transition time for our bodies, which are being influenced by the changing face of Nature around us, including the increasing daylight and temperatures. Just like Nature, our bodies have a higher adaptive requirement at this time.
In this newsletter, I continue my discussion on Self-care looking more closely at the concept of Resilience and how that relates to Self-care. Specifically, we will focus on what characteristics we need to build up for psycho-emotional and physical/physiological resilience and how Self-care can help.
